Description
A postcard from F.Z. King in Clearwater, California to Edwin H. [sic] Hart in Los Angeles, California. 22 March 1916. The recipient of this letter is most likely Edwin G. Hart, but his name is misspelled here as Edwin H. Hart. Mr. King would like to know what day he should visit the North Whittier Heights subdivision. Mr. King states that his friend was offered $10,000 for his property but that his cash price is $18,000. There are two stamps on the back side of the document including a 1 cent Jefferson stamp. With a minor acid burn, discoloration, and minor wear, the object is in good condition overall.
