A postcard from S.B. Cltter to Edwin G. Hart in Los Angeles, California. 2 October 1913.
A postcard where S.B. Cltter states he is looking for acreage around Los Angeles County and would like information on the property he saw advertised in the Examiner. The upper left corner has the number one circle, with the word additions to the right, all in pencil. Presumably Mr. Hart send draft letter 1 in response with some additions. The back has a blue, 1 cent stamp, printed into the upper right corner. There is also a post mark from October in Calmexico. There is abrasion damage on all edges both front and back. This letter is in good condition overall.
