A postcard from S.J. Cahn in Omaha, Nebraska to E.G. Hart in Los Angeles, California. 6 February 1915. A pictorial postcard from Union Pacific which has an illustration of the Festival Hall from the Panama-Pacific International Exposition in San Francisco, California on its front side. Mr. Cahn requests full information regarding the North Whittier Heights property and implies that he is a prospective buyer. Two stamps are present on the back side of the document. With smudged ink, minor discoloration, minor wrinkling, and edge wear, the object is in good condition overall.
