A postcard from Wm. W. Buffum in New York, New York to Edwin G. Hart in Los Angeles, California. 25 March 1915. Mr. Buffum would like to receive some circulars from Mr. Hart since he is interested in purchasing a 5 to 10 acre farm within 15 miles of Los Angeles. Some ink from a stamp has bled onto the front of the document; text in the top right and middle left of the front has become faded and smudged; discoloration is present on the top right side; and there are three stamps on the back side, including a one cent Jefferson stamp. The object is in good condition overall.
