Description
A postcard, "Mission Curio and Art Shop, San Gabriel, California," published by the shop, ca. 1920s. The colored card shows the shop at the center of a one-story structure with an arched portico and pointed pilasters, this being the Arcade Building constructed by Walter P. Temple about 1923 across Mission Drive from the Mission San Gabriel. A short statement on the reverse of the unused card describes the shop. With minimal soiling and abrasions, the condition is good.
