Description
A postcard of an architectural drawing of a Los Angeles house, M. S. Yeager and Company, dated 27 December 1911. The image shows a Neoclassical Revival house with a three-quarters covered porch and a basement area with a pergola alongside it on a graded area to the right. An idealized landscape is also of note. The Yeager and Company cartouche as at the lower left. At the bottom margin is the handwritten address of 965 St. Andrews Place. There is a message on the reverse from a resident of the house, which still stands. With edge browning, soiling and rubbing, the overall condition is good.
