Description
A postcard "Where The Two Cold Brooks Join.-- Cold Brook Camp," 10 March 1911. The image shows the junction of two streams, the one on the right spanned by a simple rustic wood bridge without rails. In the background behind oak trees is a clapboard structure and a small outbuilding at the left. A number of people are gathered around these two buildings. The caption is within an oval border at the lower right. On the reverse is information about the camp, including open season dates and the office location. There is a short message and a stamp, postmark and cancellation to the used card. Cold Brook Camp was located on the north fork of the San Gabriel River south of Crystal Lake. With some soiling and edge abrasion, the overall condition is good.
