A presentation jewelry box, ca. 1900s. The exterior of the box has leather with a metal clasp. It has a wine colored silk interior lining and a circular padded indentation which suggests the box was used to store a circular jewelry such as a pocket watch, necklace. The objects stored in the box was a pair of cufflinks, a small crochet edge adornment, and a religious medal which are all objects in this acquisition. With numerous scratches and heavy edge abrasions along the edges of the lids, an adhesive on the top lid, it is in fair condition.
