A press photo, a highway at Southgate after a hail storm, 10 December 1926. A view of a paved street flooded with ankle high hail and water after a storm. A man stands at the center in rubber boots. A residential neighborhood can be seen to the left and a cabinet and door factory to the right. The photograph is in good condition with minor abrasion and loss to the upper right corner and discoloration.
