Description
A press photo, flooded street of Los Angeles, 16 February 1927. The residential neighborhood at the base of a hill and the street is completely flooded. The water has risen to about halfway up the houses. There is mud and debris in the churning water. The description pasted on the reverse states that this was one of the worst storms, with five inches of rain falling in twenty four hours. The photograph is in good condition despite the minor warping.
