Description
A press photo of a car accident with a light pole, Los Angeles, 8 October 1925. The view shows the sedan partially resting on the median of a sidewalk near an intersection, crashed into a street light. A pasted-down caption on the reverse joked that "'Covered with light' might be the title of this picture" and then observed that the speeding car hitting the pole meant "there wasn't much light left." With minor soiling, abrasions and moderate fading the photograph is in fair conditon.
