Description
A press photo of an aerial view of the El Caballero Country Club, Tarzana, California, Underwood and Underwood, 3 January 1927. The view looks south to the club and its clubhouse area in an area of open land and areas of the Santa Monica Mountains. The photo was taken for the second annual Los Angeles open golf tournament and a caption noted that the club was on the former estates of Los Angeles Times publisher Harrison Gray Otis and then of of Tarzan creator Edgar Rice Burroughs. As trimmed, with much soiling, stains, creases, two tears at the left edge and edge rubbing, the condition is fair.
