Description
A press photo of Los Angeles Polytechnic High School, ca. 1910. The view from the street shows the facade of the building composed of marble and granite. The school building spanned an entire block. Here it is shown with two major buildings in Greek revival style with a passage connecting the two. To the right is a three story building with a stepped entrance leading to large columns supporting a pediment. To the left is a smaller building with a domed ceiling, without an entrance on the front side. The photograph has a pencil inscription on the reverse. It is in good condition with minor edge tears, warping, discoloration and creasing.
