Description
A press photo of Mrs. Bell Heil, a wealthy burglar, Los Angeles, 10 September 1925. Heil is photographed outside wearing what appears to be a snake skin hat and a fur coat with a mink stole. Lines have been drawn onto the photo to accent certain areas. The typed description on reverse describes Heil as the wife of a wealthy Chicago broker who posed as a maid and stole from wealthy homes. The photo is in good condiiton with minor creases.
