Description
A press photo of President Woodrow Wilson speaking in Los Angeles, United Press International, September 1919. The nation's chief executive stands under a covering with his right hand held aloft and cones to project his voice above him. On the reverse is a brief note that Wilson was on a "peace tour" when he stopped in the Angel City for the engagement. With some creases, dented corners and very light soiling, the condition is good.
