Description
A press photo, Walter Collins, Los Angeles, 19 April 1928. The nine year old boy is pictured here wearing a short tie. It was speculated that the boy was a victim of a kidnap and murder similar to the one commited by William Edward Hickman to Marion Parker. The typed description on the reverse also mentions another similar case. The photograph is in good condition despite moderate warping and fading.
