Description
A press photograph, "Flood around North Los Angeles Calif," 21 February 1927. The view shows three men in the middle of a flooded street with a man pulling a rope, another holding part of the same, and a third who appears to be where the rope is connected to a manhole cover. Portions of some houses are visible and they have flooded yards, as well. With what looks like ink stains and soiling, and warping the condition is fair.
