Description
A press photograph of a flooded Los Angeles intersection, 7 April 1926. The view shows cars driving through streets covered with several inches of water. In the background is a Julian Petroleum Company service station. A pasted-down caption on the reverse noted that the largest rainfall in years led to flooded streets and stalled vehicles. There is a stamp and pencil markings. With a loss at the lower right, a tape-repaired tear and some soiling, darkening of the image, the overall condition is poor.
