Description
A press photograph of a football game at the Los Angeles Coliseum, Wide World Photos, 4 November 1929. Taken from one end of the stadium, the view takes in most of nearly-full facility, as well as players on the field during the contest. A pasted-down caption on the reverse, which has become detached, identified the game as between the University of California and the University of Southern California, with the former winning 15-7. There are other stamps and a bar code sticker as well. With abrasions and some soiling, the overall condition is good.
