Description
A press photograph of a proposal drawing of the Los Angeles civic center by architect, Charles S. Cobb, October 1925. The drawing was submitted by Cobb to be approved by city council. It includes Los Angeles Street to Grand and First Street to Sunset. At the center is the City Hall building, a large park in front, County Courts, Courts Annex, Hall of Records, Departmental Building, Federal Building Extension, Hall of Justice, State Building. Grand Street lead to a monument and a semi-circular round about. The drawing is labeled the Administration Center for the City and County of Los Angeles. The photograph is in good condition overall.
