Description
A press photograph of an Easter sunrise service, Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Glendale, 14 April 1926. The view is from the large crowd which stands beneath a cement edifice on which is an orchestra and a large chorus of children, whose black and white robes form a cross. A car is parked at the right with the radio call letters "KMTR" on the front windshield. Cypress trees and other plantings are on the hillside around the scene. A typed pasted-down caption stated that persons waited overnight to view the sunrise at the cemetery. With pencil markings, date and credit stamps, a small missing piece of the upper right corner, creases and light soiling, the overall condition is fair.
