Description
A press photograph of Los Angeles mayor Charles E. Sebastian, Stagg, Los Angeles, date stamped 11 September 1914. The closeup shows the subject at a desk with his arms resting on it. Part of a hand and a piece of paper is at the bottom left. Portions of maps on the walls are on the background. The former chief of police of the city resigned his office in 1915 because of scandal. With moderate warping, ink cropping marks on the image, missing pieces, much soiling, creases, stamps and markings and rubbing, the condition is fair.
