Description
A press photograph of Los Angeles traffic officer T.F. Brown, 20 July 1926. The view is a closeup from the waist up of the officer who stands directing traffic in the middle of a downtown street. A typed caption at the reverse reads, "T.F. Brown Traffice [sic] Cop Los Angels [sic] Calif." With a missing section, not affecting the image, at the top left, ink markings on the officer's left hand and arm and near his hat, creases, a small missing piece at the lower left corner, stains on the reverse, and soiling, the condition is fair.
