Description
A press photograph of two librarians in the main branch of the Los Angeles Public Library, 28 June 1926. Two young women wearing aprons pose with the library's smallest and largest book in the stacks of the library. They are wearing hats that appear to be made from newspapers. In the background are shelves of books. The typed description on the reverse indicates the librarians have moved the books into the newly built library building. With moderate warping, the object is in good condition overall.
