A price list for the Wilshire Crest tract, Los Angeles, issued by David Barry and Company, Los Angeles, ca. 1921. The list shows losts 6 through 234 and gives price ranges from $2750 to $15,000. Pencil markings show some as sold. At the bottom is the name of the sales agency, its Los Angeles office, and its tract office at the southwest corner of Wilshire and Rimpau boulevards. The community, known as Brookside today, is considered to be between Wilshire on the north, Olympic Boulevard to the south, Highland Avenue to the west, and Muirfield Road to the east. With original horizontal third folds, creases, and soiling, the overall condition is good.
