A price list of Whittier Extension Company properties in North Whittier Heights, California. 21 February 1919. A two paged, typed document on a letterhead for the Whittier Extension Company in Los Angeles, California. The document lists the prices per acre of lots in 5 different tracts: Tracts 1953, 2768, 2421, 2610, and a tract that is described as being "South of Happy Valley." The lots are seperated beneath different headings that specify whether they are walnut, citrus, or avocado properties. Some entries state that only portions of their corresponding lots are available. Many of the lots are accompanied by an "X" which is meant to signify that they have had their oil rights reserved. A handwritten calculation in pencil is present on the back of the second page. With creases, minor foxing, minor moisture damage, minor acid burns, stains, and rusted fasteners which are holding the document together, the object is in good condition overall.
