Description

A procession of drum and bugle corps members during the Shriner's parade, Los Angeles, 6 June 1925. The view taken from one side of a street takes in the group of about twenty men, dressed in knee-length breeches and the trademark fez, and playing drums and trumpets Behind them is a large contingent of Shriners marching. Some observers watch from the sidewalks. On the opposite side of the street is much of the "Paige Company of Southern California" building. The Paige automobile dealer was on Figueroa Street at the time. A one-story structure is at the center left, as well. With minor soiling and heavy fading, the condition is fair.
