2022.3.2.3Description
A program for "Babylon," 7 November 1927. The item contains listings of the cast and crew of the production, performed at the newly opened Mission Playhouse at San Gabriel, an "argument" by the playwright, John Steven McGroarty and a poem. Cast members include some from McGroarty's "The Mission Play," including primary dancers Juan Zorraquinos and his wife Juanita Vigare, and Amapola del Vando. The item was removed from a highly acidic photo album, so with tears and missing pieces on the back cover, a vertical gold, edge rubbing, creases and soiling, the condition is fair.
