A program for the Nurmi International Meet, Los Angeles Coliseum, 25 April 1925. The item lists officers of the Rainbow Division Veterans, Southern California Chapter, who sponsored the track meet, lists track officials, contains the program of events with descriptions of the participants, gives information of the Rainbow Division Veterans and their World War I involvement, has an essay on Los Angeles County, and a piece on Finnish track champion Paavo Nurmi, who was on a tour of the United States following his 1924 Olympic successes. There are photos of many competitiors and much advertising, including for upcoming city election candidates, including mayoral.
