Description

A program from Grauman's Chinese Theatre, Hollywood, for Charlie Chaplin's "The Circus," 1928. The front has a large image of Chaplin's Tramp character amidst a circus scene. Inside is the program, including the prologue with an orchestra, live dancing and music, and a circus-like performance. Program information for the film is at the right. Inside and on the reverse are some local area advertisements. Throughout there are Chinese touches for decoration. With many folds, some soiling, browning, a dog-eared lower right corner, edge rubbing and creases, the overall condition is fair.
