Description
A real photo postcard, "53 Oil Fields Long Beach, Calif.", Warren M. Sargeant, message dated 18 March 1929. The view is a panoramic one showing dozens of derricks, along with sheds, tanks and associated structures, as well as a few residences. The ttle and photographer's cartouche are at the bottom. There is a message in German from a man to his mother in Germany. With minimal soiling and edge abrasions, the overall condition is good.
