A real photo postcard, "Beauty Pageant, Long Beach, Cal., Aug. 9, 1925." The photo shows about a dozen contestants in one-piece bathing suits standing on a stage. Included are Marjorie Williamson, second from left in the front, who won first prize and who is the subject of .1 of this accession and Lucille Miller, the "most beautiful out-of-town girl," who is the subject of item .2. Onlookers are in view around the stage, as well. The title is in white at the bottom of the postally unused card, which has some fingerprints, light soiling, slight rippling and minor edge rubbing and is in good overall condition.Lexicon
