Description
A real photographic postcard, Big Pines Campground, Los Angeles County Park, 22 April 1929. The image was by Frashers Foto. In view are bases of tall pine trees. An automobile is parked near a picnic table where several people are sitting under the shade. There is an ink inscription on the reverse indicating that trout season has started and the campgrounds are 106 miles from Los Angeles. It also includes an azo postage stamp box. The postage stamp was removed. The postcard is in good condition with moderate surface soiling throughout, minor crease at bottom left corner.
