Description
A real photo postcard, "C11 - Shriner Floral Parade-Los Angeles-1912-." The view shows a long vehicle, perhaps a fire truck, decorated in flowers and with part of the word "Welcome" on its side, parked in a street. Eight men in uniform, looking like firefighters or police officers and wearing white gloves are posed in front of the vehicle. A group of men talk at the right. Part of a house at left and the Drexel Apartments at right are in view and the caption is in white letters at the bottom. The postcard has silvering, minor stains, yellowing, and soiling. It is in fair condition.
