Description
A real photo postcard, "East Lake Park / Los Angeles, Cal.," postmarked 26 September 1915. The image shows most of the park's lake and there are about ten canoes with parkgoers riding in them. The boathouse is at the opposite shore and tall trees are in view on that side of the park, as well. A message on the reverse reads, in part, "This is the place for you. I know you woulod like here. Living is very cheap . . ." With minor soiling, moderate rubbing and dented corners, the overall condition is good.
