Description
A real photo postcard, "Grammar School, S. Pasadena," ca. 1900s. The view shows the front elevation of the two-story wood-sided school house, with a distinctive steep gable over the entrance which has a wide porch and two sets of double doors. The second floor is painted a dark color and the first is light. A wood fence is toward the foreground and a large tree and some smaller bushes and shurbs are other landscape elements. The unused card has moderate silvering, soiling, rubbing and small stains on the reverse and is in fair condition.
