Description
A real photo postcard, "Hollywood Bowl, Los Angeles 23.," ca. 1920s. The view is taken from the hillside to the north of the complex and shows the stage area without the bandshell. Instead, the performers are on a level stage and there is a small structure at the front of the seating area, which appears to be all benches from the first row to the top. Only the highest reaches of the amphiteatre have empty areas and people appear to be standing or walking at the sides, as well. The unused card has some soiling and edge rubbing and is in good overall condition.
