Description
Snapshot of storm drain construction, South Los Angeles, 28 May 1925. As a response to the flooded streets at Figueroa and Manchester in March 1925, this image depicts drain pipe sections lying on the side of that roadway prior to digging. The photo has minor warping, but shows little soiling or wear and is in good condition.
