Description
Snapshot of flooded streets, South Los Angeles, 29 March 1925. The flooded streets are at Figueroa and Manchester and show with up to perhaps a foot of water with automobiles moving through the scene. Several men stand around, some attempting to push cars through the water. A two story house is seen in the background. The intersection now includes two shopping centers, a fast food restaurant and a gas station on the corners. The photo is slightly curved, but shows little soiling or wear and is in good condition.
