Description
Snapshot of flooded streets, South Los Angeles, 29 March 1925. The flooded area shown was at Figueroa and Manchester and show with up to perhaps a foot of water with automobiles moving through the scene. Several men stand around, some attempting to push cars through the water. Houses are seen in the background. The intersection now includes two shopping centers, a fast food restaurant and a gas station on the corners. The photo is minor warping, but shows little soiling or wear and is in good condition.
