Description
A real photo postcard of a group around a dinner table, Los Angeles, 24 May 1907. The image shows eight persons, six women and two men, around the round table, which has a floral centerpiece and is covered with dishes, glasses, silverware and the like. The women mostly wear dresses with high-collars and puffed sleeves and the men wear dark suits and ties. In the background is a window with the curtains drawn and ornate draperies. At the bottom is an ink message giving the date and the location as 1068 W. Jefferson near the University of Southern California. With a corner crease, moderate fading and minor abrasions and soiling, the condition is good to fair.
