Description
A real photo postcard of a house in the San Gabriel area, postmarked 30 August 1912. The image is taken from an expansive lawn in front of the two-story Craftsman-style residence which has wood siding, a second-floor balcony over the porch, thick casement windows, two dormers, and stone facing on the porch columns. Some small trees, a trellis and shrubs and bushes are also part of the landscape. There is a message on the postally used card as well as a stamp, postmark from San Gabriel and cancellation. With some soiling, a small stain on the reverse, and edge abrasion, it is in good condition.
