Description

A real photo postcard of a Los Angeles bungalow, 29 July 1912. The view is from the street and off to one side, taking in the front and one side elevation of the modest-sized wood-sided house. There is a porch covering the left half of the front, a chimney, some climbing vines at the front and side and a steeply-pitched gabled roof that seems to indicate a full attic. At the foreground left is a profusion of flowers--perhaps the property was a double lot. The words "Los Angeles Cal" are in ink at the bottom. A message on the back noted the residence was that of the sender's niece. With silvering, some small stains, soiling and light rubbing, other discoloration, the overall condition is good.
