Description
A real photo postcard of a storm damaged area of shoreline at Redondo Beach, California, ca. 1919. The view shows a crumpled and twisted section of the boardwalk and houses with varying degrees of damage from a storm surge. People are on the walk as well as gathered on a small strip of sand, perhaps looking for objects washed from the structures. In ink on the back is "Redondo." The unused card has some minor stains, discoloration, soiling, and rubbing and is in good overall condition.
