Description
A real photo postcard of a the Long Beach float at the Los Angeles Fiesta, May 1915. Taken from an elevated position, the image captures the float as it moves down the middle of a downtown street. A woman sits at the top in front of a shell-like backdrop and other women sit at the edges of the float next to similar elements. The city name is on the side. Written on the negative in white at the bottom of where the float is are the words: "May Fiesta L.A. 1915." The postally unused card has some creases at the corners, soiling and some abrasions along the edges. The condition is good overall.
