Description
A real photo postcard of actor Charles H. Edler as a Spaniard, Mission Play, San Gabriel, 1915. The actor, perhaps playing Governor Felipe de Neve, stands outdoors in a dirt area near some trees and wears his costume and sporting a wig and fake beard. At the bottom is an inscription, "Compliments of / Charles H. Edler / 1915." The unused card has a AZO stamp box. With album paper residue, blue ink stains and some soiling, the overall condition is good.
