Description
A real photo postcard of Angelus Temple, Los Angeles, ca. 1920s. The view is taken from the opposite side of Sunset Boulevard and shows much of the oval-shaped church, founded by evangelist Aimee Semple McPherson, whose name is on the side of the building's rotunda along with signs for the building's name and the name of the Foursquare Gospel church. Two large radio towers are partially in view on the roof. A caption is at the bottom right and the card, made in Germany, is unused. With minor soiling, discoloration, and edge abrasion, the condition is good.
