Description
A real photo postcard of marathon dancers, Los Angeles, 1929. The image shows a man wearing a dark-suit, white shoes, white shirt and light tie in a dance position with a women wearing a sleevless black or dark colored velvet-like full-length dress and black heeled shoes. They stand on a brick floor against a wall, but it is not known where the location is. On the reverse is an ink inscription, "Kenneth McKay / From Los Angeles / At OOB Marathon / 1929." Very faintly on the front are other inscriptions "#23 Sincerely Yours / Kay / Ken." With some minor soiling, fading, and edge abrasions the condition is good.
