Description
A real photo postcard of rising tides at Redondo Beach, California, ca. 1919. The view shows surging water crashing high onto the shore and a wooden walkway. Some pedestrians walk by as if unaffected, but a wave towards the upper left has crashed into some persons. Homes are just a short distance removed from the storm. In ink on the back is "Storm @ Redondo." The unused card has some small stains, soiling and minor rubbing and is in good overall condition.
