Description
A real photo postcard of the City of Ontario exhibit, San Bernardino Orange Show, published by Renfro-Haven Company, ca. 1910s. The view shows the exhibit, which consists of a diorama of an orchard, including small trees and a house, spanned by two crossed arches, atop which are panels with the phrase "ONTARIO / THE CITY / THAT / CHARMS." This phrase is on pillars at the exhibit's corners. In the distance are other exhibits, which are all within a large tent, supported by poles and decorated with coupled American flags. On the reverse of the unused card is the publisher's information on a stamp. With some soiling, edge abrasion and a large crease at the bottom left, silvering on the lower right edge, the overall condition is good.
